An unforgettable experience. The restaurant is located inside a volcanic tube caused by the eruption of the Corona Volcano. Its gastronomic offer is based on contemporary dishes that conquer not only the palate, but also the heart of the visitor. We recommend trying tiny grilled octopus with mojo verde (a local sauce), grilled smoked cheese with Canarian tomato chutney, crepes filled with sea bass and spinach, wreckfish and prawn delicias, grouper sandwich with Iberian ham, red-banded sea bream on Malvasía wine velouté and crispy sweet potato, or our slow-roasted rabbit in salmorejo.
